Dr. Mirit Lotan is a patent attorney and founding partner at Cohn, de Vries, Stadler & Co.
Mirit is a highly knowledgeable professional with 25 years of experience in IP, 10 of which were in the biotech industry combining IP with licensing and business development.
She is experienced in the diverse fields of basic biology and biotechnology, including molecular biology, drug development, diagnostics, therapeutic antibodies, vaccines and more.
Mirit's clients include multi-national pharmaceutical corporations, biotech companies, start-ups, as well as academia and research institutes.
Her expertise ranges from patent drafting and prosecution, to patentability and freedom to operate analyses, and strategic consultation on IP matters.
