Dr. Shulamit Hirsch

CEO at WIPA and head of IP at the Technion  Shulamit Hirsch is the owner of an IP boutique firm WIPA – Wholistic IP Approach and provides IP management and consulting to academic research institutions, VC funds and SMEs. 

Dr Hirsch was VP of IP at Ramot, the TTO at the Tel Aviv University and is currently Head of IP at the Technion.  

She also serves as an expert for European ERC POC grant proposals and is an expert reviewer of grants for the Spanish CaixaImpulse. 

Dr Hirsch was an IP consultant at the Athens University of Economics and Business and at the Greek fund Uni.fund, aimed to develop entrepreneurship in Greece. 

She also served as a senior patent attorney at the Reinhold Cohn Group and holds a PhD in chemistry.
