Noam Blei

 Noam Blei is a partner in the Intellectual Property Practice Group at S. Horowitz & Co. 

He has extensive experience in advising and representing major multinational and domestic companies active in a variety of sectors, as well as start-ups, universities and their TTOs, on a wide range of contentious intellectual property matters, with a particular emphasis on patent disputes. 

Noam specializes, inter alia, in advising and representing clients in disputes relating to service inventions, including before the Compensation and Royalties Committee and the High Court of Justice, and has been involved in several precedent-setting cases in this area of law.
