Yoav Avidor

Yoav Avidor is Vice President of R&D, Product Development, Regulatory Affairs and Innovation at Adama, a provider of solutions to farmers with $5.0 billion in sales. 

Yoav is responsible for Adama's product pipeline which is based on chemical and formulation R&D, biologicals, field trials, registration and innovation. 

Prior to joining Adama in 2013 Yoav was CEO of Cheetah Medical, a medical device company (acquired by Baxter since then). 

Prior to that Yoav was global marketing director at Johnson & Johnson where he led bariatric marketing (weight loss surgical solutions). 

Yoav trained as a physician and holds an MD from Tel Aviv university and MBA from Kellogg in Chicago.
