Tal Lustig is a partner at Herzog Patents, a leading Israeli patent law firm with over 30 years of experience and high-quality international rankings.
Tal holds a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from Tel Aviv University and worked as an engineer in industry before transitioning to the patent field. With over a decade of experience in patents, Tal specializes in mechanical engineering, agriculture, defense industry, and water technologies.
Tal believes in a business-value-oriented approach to patent attorney work and actively works to expand the traditional boundaries of the profession. He views the patent attorney as a key player in the technological-legal-business ecosystem and promotes strategic collaborations among all stakeholders in this space. Tal is considered an early adopter of new technologies and works to develop working methods that leverage the full professional capabilities of patent attorneys to maximize value and adapt the profession to the challenges of the 21st century.
As a member of the board of the Israeli Patent Attorneys Association, Tal supports the continued advancement of initiatives for knowledge sharing, exposure to advanced technologies, and the promotion of junior patent attorneys.
